Colton (Nelson’s Plumbing) came out same day I called! Other companies wanted to schedule at least a week in advance for a leaking water heater. Nelson’s came right out and gave me a really fair quote. We went ahead and got it replaced and couldn’t be happier. He worked fast and efficiently and was very professional. I will definitely use Nelson’s plumbing again!

I called Nelson’s plumbing for a leak in my shower. Colton was out within the hour. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it and was kind patient and helpful answering any questions I had along the way. Plumber dispatched through home warranty service for a pesky slow drain. They snaked the drain and repaired the stopper mechanism contributing to the slow drain. Very friendly and customer service oriented. Very professional, would recommend

I hired Nelson plumbing to replace my water heater and they did an excellent job. The owner has a down-to-earth personality and it's easy to work with. Colton was able to solve a major problem for my family and I that other companies struggled to diagnose correctly. After finding the actual problem he explained what was going on and my options to fix it. Because I felt educated about what my problem was I felt very comfortable choosing the option that worked for my needs. I used Nelson’s plumbing for a remodel and had them out 3-4 times. I found them to be very honest and they took the time to explain things in advance and answer all my questions. We worked together to solve any problems we ran into. They even did extra things I didn’t ask for and didn’t charge me for.
At the end of his day & on his way home. He stopped by and fixed my clogged toilet in minutes!
colton came to my home for a plumbing call. he was able to throughly assess the cause of my issues and quickly fix it. he also found a hidden problem with my toilet and offered to fix it same day, which was so awesome and convenient. i elected to have colton come back the next day instead and he was totally accommodating to my needs. he also did some small complementary maintenance checks/services. colton also offered very affordable and accommodating payment options, which i am especially thankful for. 10/10 customer service with knowledgeable and quality work. thank you colton!!!
Colton was amazing came right out quickly to fix our no hot water problem. Thorough and great wasn’t just suggesting unnecessary items or charges. Dependable, honest, generally really nice guy.
5 star service! I had a leak under my kitchen sink and called Nelson's Plumbing. Colton was able to come out the same day, He was able to spot that the leak was coming from the garbage disposal. He had a new one on his truck and was able to get it replaced quickly. Made the process very pain free. I will definitely call again if I have any plumbing issues.

Called Nelson’s plumbing for a leak in my bathroom sink. Colton came out an hour later and was able to figure out the problem. He offered to try to fix or replace my faucet. I have wanted a new one so i decided to replace it. He went and picked up the new faucet that he helped me pick out online. He returned and got the work done quickly. Great service, i will recommend Nelson’s plumbing to everyone.

It was a holiday weekend, and we had the sewer back up. I spent 2 hours calling looking for a human to even answer the phone. Colton answered the phone and was able to come help us early the next morning. Both he and Eric did a thorough job to get the toilet working in time for our deck party! They were professional and very thorough! I would use them again for any plumping needs.
Colton was professional & efficient. I called about a reoccurring issue I’ve dealt with for over 2 years now. I’ve dealt with numerous plumbing companies in the past. He cleared my main line and did a thorough inspection. He performed a camera inspection and we found the problem. Roots! It’s no wonder it’s been a reoccurring issue. Gave us long term options rather than providing band aid repairs as other companies have done in the past! An honest plumber.

Colton was amazing... came out sooner than scheduled to have mercy on having a house with dirty kids and no hot water. Got it fixed quickly and left contact numbers for follow up if we had questions. Really nice guy, great work...will def use again!

Had a water heater that was leaking and called a few companies and couldn’t get anyone out for a week. Called Nelson plumbing and came the same day. He found the water heater was leaking and was 22 years old. Colton told me that he could replace same day and got it down super quick. Absolutely wonderful person. Quick response time and efficient.
